The weird thing was it was on cassette but not vinyl. My friend had the vinyl while I had the cassette and whe was really annoyed!

It was included on the Spanish version of the lp instead of Sister Morphine (drug reference).

What would you replace with Let It Rock?

I love Lou's recording of Foot of Pride. In fact prefer it to Bob's recording, which doesn't have the same spunk.

  6. Who's Next is perfect as is, IMO. I wouldn't change a note, it's one of the best rock records ever made.

Going Mobile features some of Moon's best work in the studio.

  8. Spies Like Us? Really? It’s an awful song worse than just about the weakest song on Press.

  9. I have the feeling that, although I Pray Ole is presented as a completed outtake, it was finished for the reissue on Ryko. I would not agree with you at all about Lodger which is nearly perfect the way it is.

I agree it is a terrible song (and movie), yet it was Paul's last top 10 single.

I met Herbie Hancock once and he was upset about previously unreleased tracks being added to CD reissues. "Man, those tracks were unreleased for a REASON."

The extra cd tracks on his 60s Blue Note albums are great value. Unlike most of his 80s albums...sometimes the artist isn't "right".

Gawd, I remember seeing this as a CD single, but was full price. Safe to say I didn't buy it! :realmad:

I never got the cassette at a time when they were selling as much or more than vinyl. I figured to just play the album once while taping it...until I wore the tape out and then freshly tape it again! LOL... I obtained that song on a B-side 45. Pretty sure.

It was the B to Every Breath You Take. The sides were a little out of balance either way: Side 1 is 21 minutes, without MBN side 2 is around 18:45, with it, it's around 23:15

Shockadelica should have been on Sign O' the Times, but I have no idea what I would remove to make room for it.

Two for the Price of One over Should I Laugh or Cry? Benny and Bjorn should be ashamed of themselves.

May not have been an outtakes, but Slip Slidin' Away and Stranded in a Limousine would've been awfully good on Still Crazy After All These Years
