    Hi folks.

Question for Simaudio integrated amp owners.

Which speakers sound best with your amp?

    Thanks.

All of them! You can't go wrong. B&W, Dynaudio, Sonus Faber, etc...

My local audio dealer in Halifax usually pairs both Focal and B&W with Simaudio products. I have heard results with Focal/Simaudio and they match quite nicely.

    Thanks folks.

I have an i3.3. Looking for ideas. I’ve been driving Paradigm S2s for years. They are great speakers but I would like a change.

I’d be curious to hear it with some Harbeths.

I've heard Simaudio gear with Sonus Faber, Vandersteen, and KEF and all have sounded very good.

Simaudio makes great, neutral (but not cold) gear. It will sound best with speakers that match your taste. To my ears, there's a lot more variation in speaker sound than in sound from various solid-state amps. So the answer to your question depends almost entirely on the taste of the person answering.

What speakers have you liked with other amps? Those would be a good place to start.

I love my Totems with them although I haven’t heard any Totem stuff in 5-7 years. I’m all about working the midrange out with generally good balance elsewhere and that combo has been delivering for me for ages now; zero interest in changing.

I just heard the Simaudio 600i V2 integrated with Harbeth 40.2s - sounded superb! It was really a great match. I listened to the harbeth with various amps - Luxman, Leben, Primaluna, and Simaudio. And the Simaudio was my favorite of the bunch. Smooth, detailed, really musical without any hint of harshness.

I have a moon 340 ix paired with a pair of Dynaudio Exite X38's, very detailed and musical.

My dream is to get a pair of Wilson Sabrina's early next year, would probably be my end all system.

My 340i sounds brilliant with my Sinus Faber Concerto is (original bi-wire version on Ironwood stands).

I used to have a 340i paired with Harbeth m30.1 speakers and was very happy with the combination.

Ended up trading in my Excite 38's for Dynaudio Contour 20's, it was quite an improvement. Not that the Excites were bad sounding, the Contours have so much more life!

I thought that I would be losing something going from floor standers to stand mounts, but not the case at all. The sound stage on the Contours is huge, they just vanish.
