Sorry if I skipped 50 pages... but should I expect my colored vinyl of Chaos from Amazon or is it dead? My order has not been cancelled, prepared to go to black vinyl...

 

They are supposed to ship next week I think.

 

I cancelled mine and just went with the black vinyl...got tired of waiting to see if they were going to get the colored

 

Wait, if you look at the amazon pictures of the vinyl releases, I don't see the typical coming soon format presented. Could it be listed on the other side of the card, or maybe they are using a different format?

The remix is matt and the original is gloss. A place for both IMHO depending on ones mood.

 

You're more optimistic than I am regarding the remix. It's unlistenable to me.

I tried and tried to convince myself to like the remix for 'Tug Of War' but ultimately I just couldn't. It's unlistenable.

Surprised that given George Martin’s involvement, they didn’t ask Giles to remix it (would’ve definitely made more marketing sense as well). Giles has been Apple’s chief remixer for last few years and so should’ve been the natural candidate. I’m not saying he would’ve done a better or worse job but would’ve fit the project better.

 

I doubt Amazon will ship the colored editions. I'll probably order from Bull Moose.

 

Just went to order Chaos and NEW colored wax from Bull Moose and was able to put both in my cart but Chaos disappeared before I could place the order.

Anybody know a U.S. retailer that has Chaos for mail order?

It takes it out of your cart when you try and order.

 

That’s where I preordered mine.

 

I didn't see it at uDiscover so I ordered it off his site. At $4.55 shipping I'm hoping it's shipped from within the U.S.
