Whoa! That's the 50th Anniversary Edition!! I hope I can snag one of those at Target... [Otherwise, I might have to wait until 2070 to get one.]
I wonder if the member here would like to self-identify so I could personally thank him for the amazing website and amount of hard work put into it.
This seems to answer the query a few pages ago - his studio was not at home, but you were allowed to travel to work if that work couldn't be done from home.
I happen to be from Kent and I have visited Winchelsea, Peasmarsh and Rye many hundreds of times. The journey from his home to his studio is a short drive down a rural road surrounded by countryside, with nothing else. It wouldn’t have been a risk for anyone, driving a short journey or walking to it as part of his daily allowed exercise. (Edit) Seeing as he was living with Mary it’s a moot point, but either way he wouldn’t be endangering anyone or breaking any laws.
If Barnes andNoble did Purple Paul - it could look like this: Perhaps it would be good publicity, business and fun if MPL did a poll for favorite new color - combine it with a drawing for several $300 worth gift certificates of Macca Merch with a charity tie in?
Most likely they are conflating the McCartney 50th anniversary LP release with the McCartney III release..
I'm beginning to think that these so called 'exclusives' are a complete sham. The green cd has what looks like exactly the same appearance but is 'exclusive' to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Australia and Target! Hardly exclusive is it? The 'anniversay edition,' is the biggest joke of them all,!
What about the late Beatles tracks where Paul played most of the instruments? Is there enough matetial for a "McCartney 0"?
Ok, apparently I was mistaken that Mary’s house is on same property as studio, but it is in Sussex and so is the studio. He wouldn’t need to come across another person to travel between the 2.
I am currently finding Chaos to be unexpectedly very boring. But your post gives me hope. SPOT ON about music "marinating" over time and growing on you. I know this happened in a big way for me with Wild Life. For the rest of you who still don't like it, to get you up to speed, I recommend the following link: Marinade for Wild Game Recipe - Food.com
