A whole music sheet for "Winter Bird"? Now that would be sad. Sorry Rio!

Could be. The whole recording is from that time? Grohl and drums and Paul on everything else? I guess we'll find out soon.

o_O 40+ items for sale already regarding one release and it's still going to be special? (Add this to that wink and heart.) >:faint:

Imagine if 3 more songs appear listed on the album when tracklisting becomes available or available in his download section.

It's a big f*** off box set isn't it? Jigsaws, scarves, a hottie bottie, some out-of-date Dates, a vegetarian Turkey (most Turkeys avoid meat), a bobblehead and a bauble, a Macca Cracker, a torn paper hat and a tin of Cadbury's Miniature Heroes.

For a Wonderful Christmas (time). Yours for a grand, Sir!

I confess I went down this rabbit hole not knowing where the bottom is, and I still don't. Wouldn't it be nice to know upfront just what trying to be a completest with the new trend in Macca releases will require with regard to your time, patience, and wallet? But he releases these things for one release in squirts and spurts. No I'm not bitter in the slightest. - Just a bit winded. :faint:

I don't think I can keep this up anymore if this is where he's going now. (I thought Egypt was over the top. Not). Yes, no one forced me to buy, but this is uncharted territory even for me.

But if they reveal a song in some city every day (not just weekdays), the last song will be revealed 12/15. I thought it would be closer to 12/18. Maybe 12/17.

Didn't Paul say he started Deep Deep Feeling last year and he finished it/added to it in 2020? So in 2019, he could have been playing with anyone at that point in that session.

As for the texting and "There may be something special coming your way soon... [IMG][IMG] " I think it'll be a music video of some kind that reveals an entire track instead of snippet.

I see. What I mean is that the song does not originate from the McCartney III sessions. Only two other musicians appear with Paul here.

    Okay!
My bet is Pat Smear on guitar (solo) and Dave Grohl on drums.

Makes sense, since the song in question is Slidin'.

About the other musician(s), @backseat's first comment was:
I don't think a full Grohl or Smear performance would fit that, cool as it would be.

Yeah I agree. That’s why I mentioned earlier today that I’m more inclined to think it’s James playing the solo or someone from Paul’s family.

I hope that “something special” coming our way “soon” is the virtual fan meet&greet / q&a via Zoom I suggested a few weeks back, or something similar. I really hope it’s not another money grabber.

    Facebook post.
But I'd be surprised if he hadn't tweeted it out as well.

This is probably here already I know the cover and the picture were pasted earlier - but just in case it isn't.

Paul's full interview with the Sunday Times and their track by track review is now up on their website

Did anyone send a text? I did and I got a response to add the number to my phone. It also asked for my name, birthday, gender and city.

I am a fan of “Cut Me Some Slack” but I would personally be very surprised if they chose to release that if they had also written “Slidin’” together as it seems the superior and more fully realised composition.
