What an absolutely FANTASTIC thread. It just goes to show how w-i-d-e individual tastes and discernment is. Every one of the posters have valid reasons for their choices. I agree with many, disagree with many and, sorry to say, either haven't heard or even heard OF some of them!

I think some of the best albums ever have something or other less than perfect. I think Bob Dylan (Hwy 61, BOTT) and the Ramones (1st three and maybe 4th, but Bad Brain I don't know) both have several where every song is great. I think Radio City by Big Star keeps it up pretty good. Not sure why I thought of those, there might be a lot more I forgot.
