Once they’ve got Animals out, perhaps we will be in for the Momentary Lapse 5.1 and remix with Mason's drums and Wright's keys...

I also have the the Quad transfer with the big throb on WTTM, was hoping the throb would be on the SACD when that came out, no such luck.

No proshot footage exists and only clips of audience footage. Never seen any photos of the band in Britannia Row circa '76, either

Bring it on. Ideally on a stand-alone Blu-ray or CD/BR set. No big deluxe box only release please.

The chimneys are back up again.

I was on a boat on the river on Saturday and all four are back up.

There was no stereo mixes of the other albums but given the band's dissatisfaction with the mix of Animals (the first talk of a remix was 1981!) I'd bet on it. In any case, what I really want to see is soundboard material and a documentary. Bring it on!

Shrugging in despair. Maybe there's hope for the next generation!

mark winstanley 5.1 should be mandatory for my favourite albums

i really only want the 5.1 ... i'm not really affluent enough for a super duper box set, but i would really like a hard copy of a pink floyd concert from the era, although i am sure none exist

I’ll take anything but hopefully the release will be the 5.1 and a new stereo mix. I don’t care about all the extras.

I’ve never heard mention of any soundboard tapes or multi-tracks from the In the Flesh tour so I’m not expecting anything on that front.

Gosh I do hope this comes to fruition.

5.1 only in stupor deluxe set? I'm out.
5.1 only available as lossy DVD-V? I'm out.

Standalone Blu-ray or SACD or CD+BD or Hybrid SACD please!

They would've put it out on a 2-disc version in 2011, if that was their intention. It's the constant obsession with super deluxe anything that's grating on the forum, not so much ability to afford.

You haven't been listening. It's been long discussed and verified that all gigs from this tour were recorded off the board with a Nak.

Well, I'm easy to please. No super deluxe for me, just an SACD or Blu-ray please. Heck, I'll take a 2 disc with a DVD-V. I ain't proud. Just no $200 big box that I'll have to watch come and go, never reaching an affordable price point.

When referring to the Meddle surround mix; are we talking about Echoes in 4.0 or the full hidden 5.1 mix?
