DG is looking longer in the tooth(and jowl) as well.

 

And the different haircut.
Not judging his looks btw, didn't mean he looks bad (he doesn't), just a big difference after watching that dvd, that's all.
I believe Waters was the only one to never have a beard when in Pink Floyd.

 

I still think Roger has aged the best out of the three remaining members. Don't get me wrong. If I look half as good as David does when I reach that age I'll be extremely happy. Touring seems to be working for Nick. He's looking pretty damn good these days as well. He looks so happy behind that kit and I love that.

 

Until you hear him “actually” sing

 

Meh. I don't care so much about how his voice sounds now nor do I care about the lip syncing.

I think, when it's not about Roger or David or someone else in the band who gave a veto of this, maybe there's just licence issue(s) with the Live 8 footage hence why it's not on the Later Years box set?

 

Or 39 years. Depends if the original Wall concert(s) were filmed mainly in 1981.

 

Again, they licensed Knebworth and Venice from original broadcasters/rights holders so that's certainly not an insurmountable hurdle

The video thumbnail (the sideways text on the left) looks like the ones from the official Floyd channel.
So that made me think it was uploaded there just recently as a hint for something The Wall related that could come in near future.^^

 

Luckily Nick only sings on "One Of These Days".

 

In all probability, TLY doesn't feature Live8 so the band don't need to ask Rogers permission for it.

 

I know that. My point was the question if there were licence issues hence its abstinence. A veto by Gilmour is more possible though.
