Pinnacle Studio v.9 Serial Number Problem

    Does anyone have any experience with Pinnacle Studio 9 video editing software? We just bought a new laptop, and while trying to install this software, I get an "Invalid Serial Number" message, and the install aborts. I'm hearing that this has been an ongoing problem with Studio, going back to versions 7 and 8. Anyone have a fix?

    I remember seeing a problem there about the 8 & 9 and a fix for it. Their site is a bit chunky for dialup since I'm at work, but take a look!
