Really weird, I thought Lana Del Rey and Ben Howard would do much better. They did both good performances at the summer festivals, and even the Lana-haters were quite impressed. Both Lana and Ben Howard videos are live gigs from Werchter-festival and worth a look. The little boy who gave Lana a handkiss was so funny to see on TV (in this video you can't see it that well, but it was very cute)

No votes for Todd Terje. Maybe I had to choose for his Roxy Music-remix A great track that made it from the clubscene to the mainstream.

And Kavinsky's "Nightcall" from the Drive Soundtrack. Was quite an unexpected charthit, so I thought it would be popular here on the forum. Chromatics (also from Drive OST) was also very well received on Stubru.

Gotye, the summerhit of 2011, has the most votes? While 1 year ago the majority of the forum laughed this song away. Another prove that when something got enough airplay people start to like it

But not in the case of Agnes Obel. "Riverside" had a short revival after her performance at Werchter. Really looking forward to her next album. Hope there will be another hit on the album. She got the full support of the Belgian audience (I suppose also from the German and Scandinvian countries).
