Arguably the greatest 60's band of all time. With one of the greatest 3 album stretches ever with Are You Experienced, Axis: Bold as Love, and Electric Ladyland. I choose Electric Ladyland, but I could have went with the other two just as easily. Which album do you think is the best?

Our host asked us not to post photos of Jimi Hendrix due to copyright issues with Experience Hendrix.

No problem. They have forced threads to be removed in the past and have threatened legal action if copyrighted photos continue to be posted without permission.

Wow. That says a lot about where Jimi's legacy is in 2016. Very sad.

Jimi's music will live forever. Hopefully EH, not so much.

Electric Ladyland is my favorite, but AYE without a doubt is likely the greatest of the three, and possibly the best album to emerge from the late 60's. Yes, even better than anything done by the Fab Four.

BTW, would it be safe to post Jimi pics that are not copyrighted? Does such a thing even exist?

Jimi Hendrix's Are You Experienced to Electric Ladyland trilogy rivals Bob Dylan's Bringing it All Back Home to Blonde on Blonde trilogy.

I remember seeing him live in concert the week that "Electric Ladyland" hit the streets. He opened the show with "Crosstown Traffic". Amazing!

Axis all day for me. It's the best musical trip out of the other two. I looked at the album cover for a good ten minutes last week.

Axis: Bold as Love was the first Hendrix album I heard, and then I was hooked. It's probably his most accessible album IMO.

Well, lets post pictures of Janie. After all, she is Jimi's sister. I doubt anyone but EH would copyright a picture of her...
Are drawings/paintings of Jimi out of the question?

    If this is true...

It's outrageous, egregious, preposterous! Don't worry Experience Hendrix, there are other ways of obtaining Jimi's material. You will get no more of my money.

Well, it should have been. It's got mostly Jimi, Mitch and Billy. What would you call that group ?
