    Other than RAM, I'd have to agree. But this is from a guy who really only digs Macca's music up to 1977. :edthumbs:

    I like it all, even the lesser tracks like the jams with Steve Miller.
    The vinyl version is particularly good, much warner than the CD.
    I think it's his best, most consistent solo album, preferable even to Band on the Run.
    Because it was the one he did right after working on Anthology, that exercise seems to have put him in the right frame of mind.
    The context of Linda's illness also gives the songs particular depth and poignance.

    Flaming Pie is not too long for me, in fact I wish there was more!
    I absolutely love the McCartney/Miller tracks, especially Used To Be Bad. Would love for McCartney to perform it live, Rusty and Brian would just rock on the solos!
