Todd is an underappreciated guitar player. That's the one I like the best on Back To The Bars.

One of Michael Schenker's most blistering solos, but he's got a million of them - go to 2:25.

I usually keep Cleveland '78 in my truck, and I will often just hit repeat over and over on this tune.

Pales in comparison to the studio version, great solo at 3:40. I always wonder what happens at 4:27. You can hear the note but barely, there is some kind of studio issue but he used the solo anyway. It was an inspired take. Not sure why these vids are not showing.

Speaking of Blackmore, beautiful melodic solo at 2:40, such a great player.

I don't think I agree on Stevie, but substitute this guys name on this track and I am on board:

Per the OP, the solo starts around 2:45 but just watch the whole thing, every note he plays is solid gold.

Love this one, at a mere 53 seconds in and does not outstay the welcome:

And speaking of Stevie Ray, his mentor the great Albert King ripping it up. First solo at 3:10 and outro solo at 4:40. Sick!

Kurt Rosenwinkel - Use of Light, Guitar solo starts up a little after 5:45. This group really gels together nicely, piano intro is great, well, I reckon the whole thing is amazing.

Hard to believe almost 5 pages in and this Jimmy Page moment hasn't been posted.
    This solo he never recreated.
He recreates the vocals and lyrics with this musical moment.

Glen Tipton's showcase solo, loved him when I was a kid, not fully appreciated outside the metal world. Solo at 3:10.

Tony Iommi's outro solo on Lonely Is The Word, one of his best I say. Solo at 3:45.
