Added an Audiolab 6000cdt transport and some Tellerium speaker cables. Decided in order to make the room less "studio" and more comfortable I'd put my gear on a simple console. I like that it matches the speaker stands too!
I thought about adding another row but I'm afraid of having too much of a good thing and wind up sucking the life out of everything. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot, if I don't like it I can just hang the hats somewhere else.
Rush and Floyd too!!! I do need to buy me self a copy of Frizzle Fry on vinyl. I have studied my Floyd properly and know that pigs can fly.
I have a copy of every Primus on vinyl except Frizzle Fry and Suck On This! I have a copy of both albums on CD and will have to watch some Hallucinogenetics DVD before bed. I am a Primus kick of late having listened to Primus Tracks podcast of late. Highly recommended
My favorite Primus album has to be the Brown album. What a thick tasty slab of audio bliss. So many great albums they did over the years.
Really the best way to access records. Even for those who have large record collection's. You can always pull out a stack of records and put them in this type of rack, along with freshly purchased albums. Simple, high quality set up!
im always so tempted to buy one of these (or attempt to DIY one) but not sure if ill like browsing and storing them like this. Currently use Kalax which is also cheaper and plys with my head lol
Lucky for you "Suck On This" was reissued not that long ago. Found myself a copy on translucent blue vinyl and Oh! What a live album! Crazy to think they were playing that material in the late 80's. Way ahead of their time.
it keeps being reissued frequently and for $20 or less. I picked up a RSD copy with 3D glasses past year from LRS. And then at their Chicago show back in september i picked up a white copy that was signed on cover by Les, Ler and Tim.
