Postal service delivery: worst case I've experienced so far!

What the USPS really needs is an effective operations manager who will streamline the process and visit all the distribution centers and have strong quality control from the top down. We need to reinvest in this outdated or inefficient system because however it does provide a service it could be so much better. And if we don't do something soon it may be a whole lot worse.
