Presale Links for Autographed New Music Releases

Over the years, I've been lucky enough to get in on presales of autographed items, mostly through the artists websites, but also amazon, Newbury Comics, etc.
Sometimes I was "tipped off" on the SH Forums, so I thought it might be useful for others to have a thread devoted to autographed presales.

 

Great idea, might get expensive, though.

 

I always use these:

Usually, I've found the pricing to be not much more than $10.00 to $15.00 extra - sometimes it's the same price.
Recently, Lucinda Williams website had here new release autographed for the same price as the non signed version.

 

Well, everything extra does add up. Especially if the signature is the reason to jump onto the order button. Most of the time money can only be spent once.
