The person who had it listed went on to say he was a DJ at a radio station back at the time Candy-O was released, and he believed the WLP to be a special 'Advance' copy. He had it listed for a pretty steep price tag.
Super sweet...and with bling. I've missed out on two of those...one will be mine one day...yes it will!
A white label promo that's definitely worth seeking, as it features the -1A -1A MCR cut. And it was pressed in New Jersey!
While an item I would love to have in my collection, it's off topic. Just no way to prove the LP inside is indeed a promo. Congrats on your find though!
My crystal ball says indeed, one day you will possess one of those. It'll be waiting for you in the bins.
LOVE - "The Everlasting First" Blue Thumb promo 45 .. with Jimi on guitar. Superb psych at it's best.
The U.S. Atlantic promotional singles in 1969 all looked like this w/ red and white labels .. has Part II on reverse.
Can't show the label on this one because it's still sealed but it's a legit test pressing of the Classic records Led Zep II, 200g and would be blank white label inside.
