There is no $12.50 a month plan but if you do the math for paying upfront for the year like you did it works out to be $12.50 per month so you are actually saving money rather than spending more paying $14.99 per month but only if you plan on staying with Qobuz for a while. Still cheaper than Tidal unless you go with Tidal’s cheaper plan. Don’t understand why these companies can’t just give you a refund if you have contacted them right away. But of course everyone seems greedy these days. Still not good for business image though. Might as well get your money’s worth now at least.
It looks like the VOX music app will soon be able to connect to Qobuz. That’s great, because Vox’s Last.fm scrobbling is rock solid, and Qobuz’s is non-existent.
My Qobuz tab, click on the gear icon on the top right corner, select "Storage" and there you can change locations for: - "Imported Music" which is basically the things you download for off-line playback - "Downloaded Music" which is the things you have bought as downloads on Qobuz.

I have Qobuz on my desktop using the app for windows and I can't get gapless playback (I can on my phone). I checked and this question doesn't seem to have been asked in this thread since 2019 so I wondered if anyone had a more recent update as to whether this is fixable? Thanks
I'm using the Qobuz app for Windows and gapless playback is fully working. Maybe you need to update to the latest version ?
Thank you, although I only signed on for the trial period this morning so downloaded the version I was offered for 64 bit. I will have a look at that, however.
I appreciate your help, sincerely, but I have no idea what Chromecast is, although I looked it up just now. I am pretty sure I don't use it, though "Chrome" is my default browser. Sorry I am not technically minded. I downloaded the app from the Qobuz website after signing up for the free trial. I just play the tracks on the app through my PC, via a DAC to my hi-fi system. I also tried the web player. Both are giving me annoying gaps. I do not get them from the app on my iphone so I can listen via bluetooth to the DAC but that's not really what I wanted to do. I have sent a message to customer service to see what they suggest. As I say, thanks for your help in the meantime.
I have no interest in renewing with Qobuz after the free trial. will I still be able to purchase from the Download store
