What about not just acting in it, one of the Gecko brothers, but writing the screenplay and being executive producer.. film being( and impressive cast)
    >>From Dust Till Dawn (1996).

Top shelf Tarantino: Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jacky Brown, Kill Bill pt.1
Second tier: Kill Bill pt.2, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Django Unchained
Third tier: The Hateful Eight, Death Proof, Inglourious Basterds

Special mention: From Dusk Till Dawn. Tarantino didn't produce it, but it's good fun!

    - Reservoir Dogs (even though the Scorsese influence is apparent)
    - Jackie Brown (his most mature film)
    - Kill Bill 1 (his most form or imagery driven movie)

    - Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
(need to see this one a second time but I had a great time with it)

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. He literally transports the viewers back to 1969.

Brad Pitt's Cliff Booth steals this show in the performance of His career--no small feat considering DiCaprio's outstanding portrayal of Rick Dalton.

You should see Harvey's portrayal of unhinged young pianist/leg breaker Jimmy Angelelli in James Toback's Fingers (78). Gritty and intense.

He hasn't made a bad film...

    Having said that

For me it's "Hollywood" as the film beautifully builds and resolves with the best third act in film history.

It’s a feel good movie, romantic nod to Hollywood in the sixties. Time machine film.

Yes, it's certanly all of these things but its also his most poignant film.

At its core "Hollywood" is a requiem, as its undercurrent of sadness and tension comes from watching a whole culture die before our eyes in three quick hours.

Hateful Eight just feels like a Reservoir Dogs remake set in the old west, a genre that I’ve never had a particular love for. Both of those are my least watched films by him. Other than that I feel that his career has had an upward trajectory with each new film being better or on par with his last one.

QT was smart. He knew that his target demographic was too young to have seen most of the movies he borderline plagiarized to create his filmography. Pulp Fiction is probably his best film, as far as I know it's one of his more original outings, when he's not stealing directly from Psycho, 8 1/2, or Breathless in it.

His films can be fun, but there's a lack of humanity in them. It seems as though Quentin's only life experiences are other movies and women's feet, and that's all he can bring to the screen. I also hate the post-modern irony trend he ushered in to prominence. His films try to be self-aware and detached, and that prevents them from having any real emotions.

I mean his movies don't have a human quality because they're stolen or inspired by films of the past instead of real experience or at least real emotions (see the irony for why they don't come through).

True Romance is one of his more emotional flicks, probably because the main character is likely a self-insert and the whole thing plays out like wish fulfillment. The comic nerd goes on a big adventure and gets the girl...

Jackie Brown is one of his more adult films. I haven't seen it in years, I need a refresher on it.

Once Upon A Time In .. Hollywood.. there was nothing plagiaristic in that film apart from use of the title / spin.
