Question about the Ron Howard (Beatles?) reissue.

    I read the the thread about this re-release of The Beatles at the HB and upon first spin (vinyl) I was a little let down. The pressing though is perfect in every way. I agree with the criticisms about the vocals being buried somewhat. The drums and bass sound great, probably because they are easier to separate from the normal frequency range of the human voice. My question is did they lower the audience noise by sacrificing the vocals? because, IMO, they could have reduced the audience noise way more (I get the jet engine comparison now), unless, that is, the vocals would have suffered more.
