I thought I was out this year, but may have to get Gram Parsons Fallen Angels lp. I'm trying not to pay 30 bucks each for novelty vinyl versions of things I own on cd, so... *must control oneself.*

Aww crap. Just saw the Cheap Trick listing. So much for self control.

I'm going to assume Denny Wilson's "Bambu" is just stuff already included on the super-duper "Pacific Ocean Blue" 3 LP set from Sundazed and not lose any sleep over it.

The Bowie, on the other hand, concerns me greatly, and with no local record stores deemed worthy of being included in Record Store Day so I know I'm gonna get robbed on eBay.

I would be very surprised if the Bowie album isn't subsequently rereleased a couple of months after RSD.

lol. When I saw that listing I said the same thing! I recon it might be an impulse by on my part if I see it. It's a shame there isn't more live stuff available.

A record of Gram Parsons covering Nilsson would definitely be worth lining up for. Unfortunately the poster just went a little haywire in copying and pasting all this info from the Reddit thread linked earlier here. Here is the missing info:

Gram Parsons & The Fallen Angels - Live 1973 featuring Emmylou Harris [LP] (180 Gram, gold foil jacket and holographic numbered/limited to 2000, indie-retail exclusive)

Greg Graffin - Cold As The Clay [LP] (Metallic Gold Vinyl, first time on vinyl, limited to 1500, indie-retail exclusive)

Harry Nilsson - Nilsson Schmilsson [LP] (150 Gram Yellow & White Split Color Vinyl, 12x24 poster, download, limited to 3000, indie-retail exclusive)

    Didn't notice any Tom Petty.

Most of the lists are out so I would say probably not unless it is a last minute addition.

Thanks for the quick response. Excited to see the artwork, I say I'm unsure about it since I have the CD but I know myself and if I can get it firsthand I will pick it up. Love me some GOGD. Thanks for the inside scoop

I'm curious what on this list is going to appeal to newcomers. All the soundtracks? The multiple Prince 12" singles? The colored vinyl or the picture discs? There are a handful of things on this list I'm interested in at this point, but the earlier description I saw here of "tired and bloated" seems pretty dead on.

Some stuff starting to pop up the more lists I see. Might stand in line again this year, as much as I hate it.
