Is there a good way of recycling CD's and Lp's? I've got tons of CD's (mostly AOL junk mail) and a bunch of old Lp's that are unplayable (warped, worn away, etc.)

Don't forget, cds make great coasters. Also the lp covers look great framed and one of my favorite restaurants converted them into menus. There are lots of fun ways to use cds or lps. I even recall seeing someone selling ashtrays made out of warped lps. Maybe try and donate them to your local Hard Rock Cafe for decorations. Or better yet, start your own hard rock or jazz/blues listening room and decorate the walls with the stuff.

If you ever make it to Rhino's offices you'll notice custom linoleum floors with clearly recognizable chips of recycled lps and cds. They literally built part of their building with RocknRoll.
