Has anyone ordered from Rhino's online store Rhino.com? I ordered something about a month ago and it hasn't shipped yet. I contacted customer support and they basically said "We Can't Help You".

Rule #1 of buying anything on line:
Use a Credit Card, then if something goes wrong you can dispute the transaction with the card company.

The only thing I ever ordered from the Rhino store took months to delivered. I had read on this forum that deliveries could take that long from the Rhino store so I wasn't surprised. It was a great price on the album. Why the Rhino store takes an eternity to fulfill orders, I have no idea, but that seems to be the case.

Late last year I ordered the James Taylor vinyl box.
I waited, and waited, and waited some more.
There was an excuse about their moving warehouses that was supposed to appease me, it didn't.
I finally opened a case with Pay Pal, and BAM ! here came my box.
    Imagine that.
That ended my relationship with the Rhino store.

Just received it in perfect condition. I guess it was worth the wait considering they are the only ones who have it.

Yes. And fulfillment is done by a 3rd party. They just recently switched vendors again.

3rd party is dangerous. I've heard of them operating north of Burbank for record companies and they have a short shelf life due to terrible employees, theft and all the other terrible things.

Anyone experiencing the same processing and delivery delays from the July 4 sale? I ordered a Fleetwood Mac box and it's been processing since July 5. Debating trying the PayPal cancellation trick. Just wish I had seen this thread before sending them $100+ on a purchase of marginal interest.

Well, almost a month later my FM box is scheduled to arrive. I guess it's just a matter of being willing to wait a month or more for a decent discount or a store exclusive.

Once again, they contract out these shipping things to horrible outfits.....most up in North Van Nuys and areas surrounding.

Mine shipped from Illinois, though it said Tennessee on the shipping label.
