The replacement discs haven't arrived, yet.

Are they sent as letterbox mail or parcel post ?

I sent an e-mail yesterday evening.
When I came home today the package had arrived. That was quick!!
    It came through the letterbox.

Just finished the first four. They all play perfectly so I feel I can relax about the rest as disc 4 was a particular culprit.

Yes, electronicpaperboy, I'm still waiting and feeling very cheesed off by the whole situation.
The main thing that really annoys me is the absolute amateurish level of communication from UMC.
At the moment I don't have a clue whether I'm on their "list" or not.
For sure I registered (after a few attempts) but have I any proof? No confirmatory email as any basic company would automatically generate upon you signing up to them.
Would it have been too much to ask for a dispatch email? Again, something most commercial outfits, big and small, can manage without too much effort.
The response I got earlier this week was a basic "thanks for being patient", without any reassurance that discs would be on their way.
As someone else said, the 15th Nov deadline should mean nothing (I 'registered' on the 10th Nov). They have provided faulty goods and are required to replace/refund them.
Given that some people have received multiple copies, a refund would not be acceptable.
When others received their discs almost a week ago, it sticks in the craw to be still waiting.
I'd like to think someone from UMC would have the curiosity to browse these forums and might chance upon this and pull the finger out.
Apologies for going on, but if nowt comes tomorrow then I'll be pasting a lot of this into another email to them.
Here's hoping for a delivery for both of us.

It's a problem that was mentioned by earlier posts and my concern. No confirmation after filling in the delivery details. I did respond within the deadline, but late in the day so they are probably working there way through Stan. I filled the details in twice because of the lack of confirmation e-mail so will probably get two copies at some point as Universal seem keen to use this as a loss maker with their £75.00 audit trail?

Good luck to all who are waiting!

It's the uncertainty rather than the waiting that is annoying.
I accept that postal services will be slower during these times. No issue with that.
My fears would have been allayed if the registration process had been straight forward and some acknowledgement afforded.

I got my replacement discs yesterday (I live in Spain). Eveything looks great. I listened to discs 1 and 2. No problems so far.

Still waiting, but apparently a lot of people have six copies, so I assume we'll all be taken care of. :D

If the replacement discs also were pressed in the Czech Republic, they may be shipping from there as well. That would explain why EU and UK purchasers are getting theirs first.

Once the Czech CDs have made it across the ocean, gone through customs, and been handed off to the still-crippled USPS (during their busiest season), I think we US customers will get our copies within a few days of each other.

Yeah, me too. It arrived in a plain white, card, envelope. Nothing special about the packaging whatsoever. In fact, to be honest, it arrived with a bunch of music I'd ordered, and I'd set it aside because I didn't recognize it (weird shape).

I'm still waiting too. The mail is a bit slower this time of year anyway. Throw a raging pandemic on top of it and things might slow down a tad more.
