Rip Taylor, RIP

Don't know but a world leader already took his hair.

Rip had the most convincing toupee I've ever seen. I was convinced it was a toupee.

I'ld been meaning to look up what became of Rip Taylor because he made me laugh at things I didn't know could be funny and I never got around to doing the online search. I think he was more animated and vibrant in his delivery than Robin Williams.

Sorry to see ya' go Rip, I'll miss ya' for sure. RIP.

 

I remember as a child always excited when Rip came on our family television. The guy was clearly over the top but he did it so well, you couldn't help but laugh, which I always did.

Thanks for the laughs Rip and sorry that your name also spells out R.I.P., but I hope that you do, all the same.

 

Speaking of his toupee, didn't he used to adjust it on camera at the beginning of his act?

You certainly can't accuse someone who would do that of being vain or pompous!

As a kid, I remember laughing so hard at his act where he came out, told stories and started crying.

A nice man who made the world a better laugh with laughter.
