Sleepy LaBeef is a favorite of mine. I love his baritone voice. It seemed like he was around forever, he was playing live up til his passing at age 84 in 2019.

Anyone mentioned the Flat Duo Jets in this thread yet?
EDIT: Ok yes, I am an idiot!

Here's a record that I found in my Grandfather's house, in the closet of my mom's old room, when I was a teen myself.

The best part is when I showed her this 45 she said she had no idea what it was, who the band was, or how it got in that closet. LOL

See my post above. Not sure it's rare or uncompiled, but it is kinda obscure. From Texas in 1958.

I find some Rockabilly records a little too uninteresting, lyrically. Eg., Dixie Fried gets me every time, but My Gal Is Red Hot leaves me cold.

I have a Janis Martin cd on its way to me, looking forward to hearing that.

I had a few Imelda May cds a few years back.

Ray Campi, who passed away March 11 earlier this year. The "King of Rockabilly", he released a few singles in the 50s and was maybe the biggest "old school" rockabilly performer in the 70s.
