Rough Trade shipping delays

Has anyone else bought anything from Rough Trade (UK stores since the lockdown). I bought a record from Juno records last week and it arrived the next day but an order I placed with Rough Trade last Monday (27/4) still hasn’t shipped 10 days later. I want to support the local stores over Amazon when possible but this was a present and with the Bank Holiday coming up it looks like it will take over 2 weeks to receive an order.

The weird thing is they advertise pick up collection from the London store so you’d expect they’d package & send their orders out a lot sooner.

 

Contact them to ask.I have always found them prompt and efficient on the rare occasions things seem to have gone wrong.
