You know it. I've found good stuff there too. But the best stuff is in my hands at on the day if they have it and I'm on the ball.

Have to get Field Music - Measure and maybe Menswear - Nuisance and Mansun - Dead Flowers Reject. Anyone know the best place to get these UK RSD releases to the US for a good price?

It's amazing how finding an original pressing in VG+ condition can change your buying habits. I was hell bent on buying that Let It Bleed collector's edition but I've moved on after buying an original 1969 pressing. Not only is it in excellent condition but I only paid $20 for it. I'm good :tiphat:.

    Off to other obsessions...

I considered both of these, but since Lions is a RSD first release I'll wait till the repress. British Steel turns out is a picture disc sadly, not what I want. So far still nothing that will get me up that morning.

Is the Paul McCartney release exclusive to RSD or just a first release which will be widely available afterwards?

Was the Rolling Stones Let It Bleed collectors edition released or is this still to come?

Coming in the October drop, it's also very very expensive for a single lp.

So far, I'm seeing a couple titles that I'm interested in for each of the drops, which works out well for me, from a spending a ton of money in one shot standpoint!

    August:
    -Both Bowie releases
-Sun Records Vol. 7: Sunrise on the Blues

    September:
    -Hank Williams: March of Dimes
    -McCartney

    October:
-Johnny Cash: Classic Cash Hall of Fame - Early Mixes
-The Who: A Quick Live One

Pretty well rounded and nice want list so far!

On the UK RSD website it doesn’t seem to indicate on every release page whether it’s a RSD exclusive or first, is there any other way of finding out?

Wow! Crossed that one off my list!
Now is the Paul McCartney a RSD only or a first release which will be generally available later?

It’s an RSD Exclusive. Both a 2LP and 2CD edition will be available.
You can find information about all the releases at this link: https://recordstoreday.com/PromotionalEvent/572

I was super excited for the Operation Ivy release, it it has since disappeared from US RSD lists... I can only find it on the UK lists. Anybody have insight on this?

Looks like most of the things I wanted drop in August with a few in September. I doubt I will see any of them at my local shop which means I'll be hunting around for them after the 29th
