Some great fretless work but who is the player? I believe the song was recorded in the late seventies and my choices for the mystery bass players are
    Jeff Clyne
    Mo Foster
    John G. Perry

Eberhard Weber it isn't even 'though it sounded like him on a first listen a few years ago.

Anyone? Isn't Stephen W. Tayler a member here?

I actually have no idea - this was a leftover track recorded before I started working with Rupert on Immunity in 1980. I imagine this was made during the same period as albums by Quantum Jump, John Perry, Anthony Phillips etc, so my best guess would be John Perry - sounds a bit like him. It also sounds similar to Trident Studios tracks at that time. Cheers, SWT

    Simon A Arrr!

Stephen has worked with Rupert Hines for years as an engineer. It's great that he's a member here. I'm huge fan of his work with The Fixx.
