Curious how many examples there are of a band writing a song and titling it after the band’s name or conceivably vice versa. The first one that always comes to mind to me is the band Talk Talk and their corresponding hit single of the same name. Then yesterday I heard the song Bad Company on the radio and realized that might be a bit of a unicorn where we have the band, album and song all sharing the same name/title. There have to be more right?

The opening track on each of the 1975's albums to date is titled 'The 1975'. (it's the same song, BTW, well, at least it is on the first two, I haven't heard the new one yet)

    Others:
Anathema have a song of that title on their 'Distant Satellites' album
America cover Paul Simon's 'America' on their 'Back Pages' album

Edit: just re-read the thread premise. So it's got to be band, album and song? In that case just The 1975 which is the title of their first album.

Oh, wait - if we're going for the band/song/album trifecta, it's gotta be the Monkees first album, right? It's leads off with the theme.

Icehouse by Icehouse, from the album of the same name (although they recorded it when they were called Flowers).

Motorhead/Motorhead. Written while Lemmy was in Hawkwind, so was the band named after the song?

You learn something new every day around here.

According to Wikipedia, the same deal with Fleetwood Mac.:
Same deal with my example of Icehouse, for that matter. This might qualify as a special sub-category of this phenomenon.

Green Day were originally called Sweet Children and had a song called Sweet Children. They then wrote a song called Green Day and changed their name to that. The song appeared on their first album, although it wasn't self-titled. A short time later, they recorded the Sweet Children EP, led off with the title track.

And they never had a self-titled album, either, so BC wouldn't qualify for the trifecta!
