"Blackfield", by Blackfield. From the album commonly known as "Blackfield I", but the proper title is simply "Blackfield".

 

That was nice of her.

 

I read your post too literally - I understood the song title to be an actual acronym of the band name not the full name. All good.

 

A 1970 single entitled "(How About a Little Hand for) The Boys in the Band" was credited to The Boys in the Band.

It got some limited AM radio airplay and peaked at #48 on the Billboard Hot 100.
