San Jose alert - Original Zep Physical Graffiti at Rasputin

For those in the San Jose (Calif.) area... I was in Rasputin's Campbell store today and they had three used copies of the original (un-remastered) Physical Graffiti for sale (for about $13-$15).

I don't see this one very often. Three at a time is remarkable!

 

Are these the 55XD discs?

 

No way. I'm sure this is the non-remastered domestic release.

 

My 55XD sucks - it does not have the cough

 

Sorry, couldn't give you any more specifics. They're definitely pre-remastered -- fatboy case, plain spine, etc. -- but I didn't see the discs inside. One of them was a record club pressing.

 

Nice of you to mention these. That is not a bad price if they are in decent condition.

 

Yeah, that missing cough is so jarring it really throws off the flow of the whole album for me. I'd s**tcan this version if I were you. Plus it's got all that writing in another language that you can't even read. What a disaster.

 

FWIW, two of them seemed to be in pretty nice condition on the outside. The third one was just okay.

 

Glad someone agrees with me.
