Phoebe Waller-Bridge is the creater/writer/star of "Fleabag" on Amazon Prime, one of the most critically-acclaimed comedy series in recent memory. She also the creator/producer/writer for "Killing Eve," and was the voice of L3-37 in "Solo: A Star Wars Story." She's also one of the screenwriters for the next James Bond movie.

Honestly, of all the announced hosts so far, she's by far the one I'm looking forward to most.

As soon as they can get Kristen Wiig, Amy Pohler and any other available blondes to sign on.

I have every episode that Eddie was on SNL back in the Day. He was a god to me. He doesn't have to prove anything to me anymore. He's the best thing to come out of SNL as far as I'm concerned.

I've always been lukewarm on Leslie. I've always enjoyed her "Weekend Update" bits, but she's pretty awful in her sketchwork. Always forgetting or stumbling over her lines. And not in a funny Fallon/Sanz way, either. I never thought she was as terrible or unfunny as a lot of people think she is (her overall treatment on the internet has been terrible, especially in the aftermath of "Ghostbusters"), but I can't say I'm terribly sad to see her go. Very happy Kate's still on board. She's by far the strongest performer (and personality) on the show these days.

I happen to watch a recent episode and, man, are they obssessed with a certain person. To the point that its not funny, just psychotic. It's beyond politics, it's just sort of disturbing.

Especially disturbing considering with how absolutely wonderful/terrible the Stock Market has been lately!

I'd certainly grant his outsize personality is an open invitation for mocking. But shouldn't SNL actually be funny rather than keep piledriving home the same joke?

What are the chances of any musical guest being a rock band this season? That being said, looking forward
to the opener with Billie Eilish!

That's a bummer. She tended to stumble over her lines, but her supersized personality more than made up for it. She was a force to be reckoned with, and there really isn't anyone else on the show who acts like a star.

She was so authentic in the Weezer sketch that I had no idea that she wasn't really a fan of the band:

They must be moving forward with her Patty Tolan: Ghostbuster film.

Omg I almost forgot how brilliant that was. That entire episode was nearly perfect.

I like Jones but with the right material. She could also be inconsistent, but I still thought she brought a unique energy and perspective to the show.
