Has anyone caught the new comedy/ musical on Apple TV+ called Schmigadoon!?

‘It has a great cast including Keegan Michael-Key, Cecily Strong, Alan Cumming, Kristen Cheneworth, Martin Short, Jane Krakowski Fred Arimsen and beautiful newcomer Dove Cameron.

‘There are 3 episodes so far and new ones every Friday. It’s produced by Lorne Michaels and directed by Barry Sonnenfeld.

    Funny stuff.

It's clever and fun. Not sure how long it can go before the joke starts running thin, but I've enjoyed the episodes I've seen so far.

Yeah I caught a few episodes when I was checking out Ted Lasso season two (also a fun show). I’m usually not a musical fan but this show is very clever and likable.

I love the young newspaper kid that bursts in with announcements.

We're on our 1 month we're ever going to have AppleTV and binged this out first. We loved it! Right up there with the late lamented Galavant.

Giving this a shot now. It's fun. Love the irreverence - a la Big Fish.

It's Big Fish colliding with A Mighty Wind.

So far, I love it. Great casting.

The second season started on Wednesday I think. I watched the first episode and it was great — certainly darker than the first season!

Two episodes are available now with the remaining four coming weekly.

I’m very excited for season 2. My wife and I love musicals and I’m psyched to see how they dig into the next era of musical theater

I’m loving this second, totally different thematically, season!

I sure hope there will be a third season!

The Sweeney Todd riffs made me so happy. We’re also really hoping for a season 3. Maybe they can do Schment

I’m really enjoying Season 2 and it’s mix of musical homage. The performances and production values are excellent, a fun half hour diversion.

We need to catch up, we’re away in Portugal for almost 2 weeks and are way behind on tv shows.
