This performance on Later with Jools Holland is amazing.

 

Sitting with the album for a month I can comfortably say it's in my top 3 of the year. I had never heard of her before discovering the title song, it's brilliant and she's a supremely talented songwriter. Wish it was more well-known!

 

Interesting, I didn't keep up with Slow Club for a few years there so I didn't realize they had broken up. Will have to check this out!
