The parts of Steve's book where he describes his "Fabio" period are pretty funny.

 

Not with Lydon vocals if I remember correctly.

 

Lydon's an insecure old diva, it's very disappointing. I liked his last book but this latest event tells you a lot.

 

I would have agreed with before yesterday.
I was in Walgreens and asked 2 different employees where the ashtrays are. I was looking for one of those plastic cup type ones for the beach. Anyways neither employee EVEN KNEW WHAT AN ASHTRAY WAS!! I was astonished! Pot smoker still use ashtrays right?? Even after I described what it was for, they never heard of it and yes they were serious. An older employee helped me out eventually.
So yes I now believe a person younger than 30 might not know who Queen or Elton John are.

I dimly recall Steve mentioning it in the book, yes.

As I recall, he said he took a spin class regularly, and became somewhat fanatical about it. The instructor would have him demonstrate, which may be what the article is referring to. He also said it didn't do his back any favors.

This is utter crap. They don’t like each other that’s all.
I think the majority decision should apply here but probably won’t.

 

Charming, dude. It's utter crap if the court doesn't honor whatever binding legal agreements there are. And Lydon is a total diva.

 

Lydon has lost it, as his support for a former US President attests. I’m with Steve and Paul on this but Lydon probably has a better lawyer.

I can still hear the ad on Capital Radio for NMTB. Just a girl saying “Never Mind The Sex Pistols”. Quality.
I also saw the Bill Grundy show as it happened. All quite scary for a child, actually. It was a laugh for the grownups obviously.

 

Lydon is an incredibly smart guy (check out his books). He must know his rights and doesn't approve of how he's portrayed and acted on it, from what I've seen so far. It's quite sad that his wife is so ill but she's got the best full time caregiver in the world (her very devoted husband). On a selfish note, I was looking forward to more deluxe edition PiL sets but I highly doubt we'll see any of them until Mrs. Lydon passes.
The show might be alright but who knows at this point.
