Some of you may know I'm a single junkie, this format may have bitten the dust in the US, but it still seems alive in Europe, this thread does not necessarily need to be focused on newer releases, just post some pictures of the latest you've purchased and the year released. You may threadcrap with vinyl also if you like :D But only if it has a Compact Disc equivalent
A couple newer ones I've received lately-
    Rotersand-Torn Realities 2016
    New Order-Tuttie Frutti 2015

I love this format, probably because I'm a 90's adolescent. they were very expensive and had exclusive songs, sometimes as great or even better than songs on the album. the thrill of discovering Pixies b-sides or Smashing Pumpkins tracks you didn't even know existed...

    My latest purchases are:
    Wannadies - Hit
Garbage - Stupid girl (cd 1 and cd2)
Beach House - Used to be (promo)
Suede - He's dead (french promo)
Dinosaur Jr - Take a run at the sun

Dinosaur Jr - Just like heaven

I agree, back in the late 80's, early 90's I'd blind buy them and if I liked the tunes would grab the album, actually discovered Pixies that way in 89 with Monkey Gone To Heaven (It had the 4ad logo)
