Short film; aerial view of plastic town.

Greetings, everyone. I've lurked here for a bit before finally coming aboard to inquire about a short film I happened upon, ages ago. I'm hoping someone can help me recall its title so I might watch it again, online. It shows an aerial view of a miniature plastic town, from the viewpoint of a hot-air balloon, if memory serves. There was cool, ambient music playing in the background. This short film aired on Sundance Channel now and again to fill time between programs. It was awfully neat and I'd love to see it again. Does anyone here have a clue as to what I'm referring to?!
