Yep. Plus, Bridgers had a SNL appearance that got a bit of press coverage (for the smashing guitar) and was part of a song on one of Taylor Swift's re-recordings in 2021. The latter alone put her name on the map.
That was certainly a "feel good" season finale -- until the very last moment! Very interesting twist! Looking forward to season two now more than ever!
I'll need to re-watch it to see if I missed something, but was that final scene meant to be a flashback, meaning when Grace talked about her closure with Jimmy earlier in the episode, she had already done it? But yeah, good finale. I like this show a lot.
Incidentally, I love Wendie Malick's small but important role -- she really has impeccable comedic timing! Also love her small role on "Young Sheldon" and her recent guest appearance on "Night Court"!
It was a fine finale. One mannerism that seems very 'Aaron Sorkin'-esque and that's bugging me; the extremely smart-meta-communication constantly being thrown around. "I said that out loud didn't I?" "She's standing behind me, isn't she?" There should be ONE of these per episode at the maximum.
