The mind reels at what songs they might have been playing here.

Don't ask me why...but I think that last clip of Moe with the mallets seems like it would be 'Ocean'.

This clip's link from the university was posted a few weeks ago as part of another thread and somebody mentioned that it looked liked Lou was singing 'I'm Waiting For The Man'.

I think I hear Beginning to See the Light at one point.

Pretty funny that this previously little-known VU performance would turn out to have 2 video sources, which is 2 more than any other gig besides those early Warhol films. In the new clip we hear "Waiting For The Man," "Beginning To See The Light" and "I'm Set Free," with a nice Sterling Morrison chat interspersed. My favorite moment might be the older gentlemen on the grass: "I'm not an establishment spy." Heh.

Dallas sure has a way of capturing rare moments...

You'd think there'd be a monument of some sort telling what had happened, but cultural history ain't Dallas's thing, unfortunately.

My feeble attempt at lip-reading suggested that Lou (and Doug) were singing "What Goes On" at one point in the clips.
