If the vinyl is still in good listening condition, No big deal right, Give Mom a big hug and kiss for us all.
    Your right, "Gottal Love Moms"!!

  2. I have their 'A Different Kind Of Blues' with Itzak Perlman and it is a glory, one of the best pieces in my collection. I have played this thing as much as amy Beatles record, or anything else, in my collection.

Gary, somebody really loves you, I can tell.

Got a gift certificate from amazon. After spending way too much time adding things to my cart and then deleting them, I settled on:

Honky Tonk! The King and Federal R&B Instrumentals

Terry Riley's In C, by Bang On A Can

    Bruce Palmer-The Cycle Is Complete

    Thanks Pete and Barb!

Got Neil Young's Harvest on DVD-A. Sounds pretty good to my ears although I don't have any other version to compare it to. I have to say that I don't recall hearing all the commotion in the room at the beginning of 'A Man Needs A Maid' before.

Gift certificate for Wherehouse, which I generally dislike, but oh well, I won't look a gift horse in the mouth:

    1. Allman Brothers - Dreams box set (used)
    2. Essential Clash DVD - absolutely essential!!!
    3. Elvis Costello - Talking Liberties, way OOP!!

    Not bad for $50!!!!

The problem is, I've never had a DVD which made me desire the investment in a home theatre system. The Clash DVD just changed that.
