Here's a long and unusual name - "Gilly Gilly Ossenfeffer Katzenellenbogen By The Sea".
By David and Jonathan from their 1st album (1967)
This song title was performed by the Beatles (one line only) at the Get Back Sessions

    Eminem- The Real Slim Shady

Technically, a lot of Rap/Hip Hop titles would fit here (as these uniquely-named artists regularly write about themselves or their alter egos):

    Digital Underground- The Humpty Dance

Public Enemy- Cold Lampin' With Flava

    Vanilla Ice- Ice Ice Baby

MC Hammer- Here Comes The Hammer

Soulja Boy Tell'em- Crank That (Soulja Boy)

    Pretty obvious, doncha think?

Speaking of obvious, I'm surprised no one mentioned the first one that came to mind for me: "A Boy Named Sue"

which was odd, strange, or unique enough to cause a memorable fistfight.

Yup - here in the USA pretty normal to encounter a guy named Tracey/Tracy. Sometimes if it's a man they may shorten it to Trace. It's a unisex type name. Like 'Chris'.
