Mention of the Listen Now album by Phil Manzanera/801 in the Eno thread reminded me of "Flight 19", about Johnny and Susie:

Rubber Johnny with music by Aphex Twin is certainly the creepiest video featuring a Johnny.

Larry "Jinx" Alexander - Johnny Walker

Larry "Jinx" Alexander was a widely obscure musician born in Tennessee.
He released one album - credited to Jinx - on the Private Stock label back in 1975.
In 1989, a second album called "Riverboat Man" was released on the British Demon label. Substantially, this album is his first album, recorded in 1972 and 1973, but never released in its day. "Johnny Walker" - a song about a very special, but somewhat ubiquitous "Johnny" in many country, blues and rock songs - is the closing track of this album.
Larry Alexander did not see the release of this final album: He was killed in 1984 by an eighteen-wheeler when walking across a highway to attend a Jerry Lee Lewis concert.

"Johnny Walker wrote the sad song I'm singin' tonight
He wrote a song for me and he filled it with spite, yeah
Johnny Walker wrote the sad song I'm singin' tonight
I guess I'll still be singin' it come daylight, come daylight"
