Percussion always makes me think of the footsteps on the stairs.

Very intelligent combination of visuals and lyrical content.

The band in a plain dark space appearing completely devoted to it adds some mystique. Leave it to Queen to make something out of a kitschy throwaway flick.

Me too. The song and the video are inseparable -- and I think it's the best video of the era.

You Might Think I'm Crazy by The Cars. Great video, especially the ultra hot babe in the bed.

I thank God that the “videos” (film actually) for “Penny Lane” and “Strawberry Fields Forever” actually are as cool as they are (and as surrealistic in the case of SFF) and that they match the mood of the records.

No zany, mop tops doing funny “A Hard Days Night “ or “Help!” style bits . Fortunately by the time of the “Rain” and “Paperback Writer” videos and onwards their old style was obsolete .
Watching the “Penny Lane” and “Strawberry Fields Forever” videos back in the original era seemed as revolutionary as it the records themselves to my young eyes .:D

And .. not a single video per se but can anyone hear “ Eye of the Tiger” without getting images of Rocky Balboa in their head ?

Queen was lucky enough to crash into MTV-age with great music & video productions and get also listeners thereby, fashion in vids made a lot of those big sellers & hit wonders in the 80`s.
