How about "Marathon" from Jacques Brel? Kind of a "We Didn't Start the Fire" of the 1960's,

Not a rock song per se, this one's from the musical "Barnum". Doesn't get much faster than this one, not only is it rapid-fire lyrics, but halfway through it doubles the speed! Jim Dale just about barely gets through the 2nd round,

I’m surprised no one has mentioned the rapper Twista yet, he’s known for his rapid fire delivery of verses in songs. I’m also surprised no one has mentioned the song Sugar by System of a Down, go to the 2:14 mark here in the music video, it’s damn near impossible to recite the lines Serj says at the same rapid speed he delivers them at.

“People are always chasing me down
Trying to push my face to the ground
Where all they really wanna do is suck out my motherf****** brains, my brains”
