    Hello esteemed forum.

I've always enjoyed songs with spoken word intros, such as:

NWA - Straight Outta Compton (You are now about to witness the strength of street knowledge)

Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast (Woe to you oh Earth and sea...)

Do you have any favourite songs with spoken word intros?

    Thanks

    This is The Ultimate Prophecy!
Lain out on the dawn of creation the King hath named it ground.
And he hath given to the earth people to sit and look profound.
But they will be known as love creatures, born to live on sound.

Pet Shop Boys - Jealousy (Extended Version)

The awesome extended version contains a spoken word intro of Neil quoting a line from Othello. The intro is exclusive to this mix.

Oh God ! My favourite by a long is the opening to "Old Friends " That was forty five years ago and now I can actually relate to it. It amazes me that Paul Simon at such a young age would even contemplate our own mortality.
