I’ve been waiting for about a month. One record was warped and scratched, and the other one was an opened and used copy. Trying to resist emailing again since that apparently bucks you to the back of the line, but yeesh.
I was notified my Coltrane Ballads would ship by the 19th. So maybe I'll get it in a few days. Would be a nice surprise!

Does anyone else have points on their Sound of Vinyl account that cant be redeemed? Not sure why but I can never use my earned points on an order.
They do eventually respond to messages, in my experience. I would contact them and explain the problem.
I normally always got decent/good support as long as I was patient but I was having a similar issue late last Year and had about $30-40 worth of points about to expire and couldn't get them to work with even full priced items.. I messaged them and got a reply full of grammar errors that didn't really even make sense to what I was asking at all (TBF to them this was the first time I ever got a response like this so hopefully it was just a rare occurrence?). I meant to start a new support claim but completely forgot and ended up losing all my remaining points there and SoV due to them expiring. I got so many great deals from them in the past I just never even messaged them again and let it go since I didn't feel like dealing with it anymore as I didn't have the time. Sadly, it feels like this is how many of the current big businesses especially run things where they make CS such a hassle many people just let it go or simply forget about it. I was always one of the few that stood up for them but i'm done with both sites unless it's an unbelievable kind of deal. Saying all that, i'd absolutely message them still if I were you and hopefully you have better luck!
I've used points recently, but it seems like the new Rewards program for both SOV and uDiscover makes you wait 1 month after placing the order (or maybe the delivery date) to receive your points.
They had that price when I ordered in December. Great record but probably hits this price again if anyone has FOMO.

I ordered the 4 LP Goat’s Head Soup set from Sound of Vinyl and the Paypal payee was Universal Music Group, same as the online Blue Note store. So it’s the same company?
