Sound quality of Bonnie Raitt's "Luck of the Draw"?

Some of Nick of Time LP sounds amazing, but it does venture into 80s production a bit much at times. Does Luck of the Draw follow that path?

Quite a pedigree with Cherney, Doug Sax/Mastering Lab on board.

If it's great, would love to grab the best LP. Thoughts?

Yeah, thanks for that! Of course maybe they'll take my Hotel California DCC in trade.

 

Jehoshaphat, didn't seem like it was that long ago when you could get a cut-out for $15.

 

Must be good enough for people to hang onto them tightly. $650 for the only sealed copy of the DCC. Cray-Cray! The standard US release is $50 minimum for a NM.

 

You saw a DCC in the cut out bin ?

I just found this thread through a search..

I’m listening to a lovely copy of Nick of Time (purple Capitol label, Artisan and SRC on both sides) and the sound quality is outrageous. There’s a bit in the middle of Love Letter that made me look over my left shoulder to see what was there! A transparent recording at times, it’s wrapped around me.

Such great albums, this and Luck o’ the Draw (I know...)
