DCC Archive Steve, Do you have photos of master tape boxes?

    If I was given the master tapes of classic albums to remaster, I would take photos of the tape boxes. You know, like they have in the MFSL Beatles box set. Did you do that for any of the projects you have worked on? It would be neat to see them on the DCC site. Anyone else agree?

    That would be cool! You could also put photos of the tape boxes in the CD booklets of upcoming releases as well.

    Inside the booklet of Jethro Tull's MASTERS CD, there are pictures of the tape boxes-- clear enough you can read a notation about a tape being loaned to MFSL.

    Note that Steve didn't necessarily use the tapes shown in the Tull CD...

    True, but they are still boxes of master tapes.
