    Steve:

Just wondering: Of all the albums you've worked on, what album's master tapes were in the worst condition, in terms of deterioration and/or poorly taken care of (played too many times)?

From the Steve interview archives site. Seems like Wheels of Fire was in pretty bad shape.

Everything was pretty good. No complaints.

The few problems really are not suitable for a public forum like this anyway.

Nor we, as laymen(or women), would probably not understand what you would mean from a technical point of view anyway, Steve.

I mean, I don't understand what you mean when you say Revolver was recorded lacking 3 DB, for example!

I may not know how to be an engineer, but I know what sounds good!
